Hatha Flow ~ Mondays 7:00 to 8:30 PM - Levels 1 & 2
This class helps the students develop the flexibility and skills required for a flow sequence, and creates a mindful connection between breath and movement. Class begins with seated meditation, pranic breathing and chanting, and transitions into a gentle warm-up revolving around sun salutations. It continues to evolve into a variety of poses touching playfully on core work, seated twists, and backbends, providing the foundation for a rewarding final Savasana.

ABOUT ANTHONY
Anthony has had a daily practice since 2002. A year later he began teaching yoga to employees at San Francisco International Airport and still offers classes daily. He has studied for the last two years with Marcee Cretarolo and Karl Erb. A graduate of the Yoga Tree Teacher Training Program, and certified with the Yoga Alliance, Anthony seeks to integrate a wholeness to each class. He thanks his teachers Darren Main, Jamie Lindsey, Janet Stone, and Elise Lorimer for their generosity and influence on his teaching style.
