Vinyasa Yoga ~ Wednesdays 7:00 to 8:30 PM

This vinyasa yoga class is for everyone. With a focus on technique through a smooth-flowing pace, even the beginner will have a thorough understanding of how to practice asanas in order to obtain the maximum benefit. Students with different capabilities can gradually build up strength, confidence and flexibility without the threat of strain or injury. The practice pays attention to the physical aspect but also attends the mental and spiritual side to add depth and direction to your efforts. You will leave the practice with a refreshed state of grace and renewed energy.

ABOUT ERICA

Erica has been pursuing her love of Yoga for over six years. Growing up in the Midwest her expressive power was balanced through the grace of ballet and design. She found Yoga while intuitively searching for ways to stabilize the body, senses and mind. Through her own practice, she discovered that when you embody your message and come from a grounded position, it’s possible to transform your role in life. Erica’s teachings are simple, earthy and alive. She provides guidance to help cultivate basic sanity in attempt to better friend ourselves. Done in elegant fashion, Erica’s classes use visualizations like the ocean to change your energy. Her momentum building sequences empower the Self throughout the wave of class to fully let go, open further, and begin to discover a world that is boundless. Her goal is to release you from your stressful everyday life, turning pain into compassion. Teachings will build confidence and kindness, and invite students to see their so-called limitations with clarity, precision, and gentleness. The integration of soulful music from the likes of Amy Winehouse to Mazzy Star allows students to find their inner rhythm, making her classes a unique experience.
