Beginning Mat and Springboard: This class is designed to introduce students to the Springboard. Exercises focus on engaging deep stabilizer muscles, adding muscle toning resistance, with a focus on precise alignment, flexibility and peace of mind. Learn, refresh or deepen your understanding of basic repertoire, alignment cues, and everything you'll need to know to practice safely and effectively.


ABOUT JANINE
Janine Fondiller is a pilates teacher and educator who has been teaching in San Francisco since 2000. Her teaching is inspiring, informed and impassioned, drawing on her many years of experience as a dancer, athlete, aerialist, and yoga teacher. She has led Pilates teacher trainings in the U.S. and Korea, and is a faculty teacher for Balanced Body University. Janine specializes in teaching challenging and dynamic classes, and in offering sessions with a focus on rehabilitation and conditioning. Janine is available for private sessions ~ to help you take your Pilates to the next level.
